While biking around Brugge, Julia wanted to take a lot of pictures at scenic points (which were pretty much everywhere), and she wanted to include our bikes because they were "cute". At one point there was a nice spot at the top off a hill in front of the canal. So Julia set up the bikes and me carefully on the edge of the hill. Julia then set up the camera on a bench on self-timer and ran back as the camera counted down. Julia ran so fast that her downhill momentum carried her right into the bikes as she body checked them both over and almost into the canal.
The funny part was that the camera started going off as all this happened. What made it funnier was that there was an elderly local couple walking by just as this happened. Needless to say, we had a huge laugh, as well as the couple, at the whole situation. The couple were kind enough to take a proper picture of us, then right after the picture the bikes fell AGAIN! So we have a good sequence of pictures of bikes falling, people walking by, and then me looking very embarrassed of the whole thing. Take a look:
